missingWrote a review on 29 Novrooftop viewsindoor poolconvoluted layout
The rooftop views were stunning, offering a great setting for evening relaxation. The indoor pool provided a nice escape regardless of the weather outside.
The convoluted layout of the hotel made it a hassle to get around, requiring multiple elevators just to reach the restaurant. Noise from a loud Saudi wedding echoed through the halls, making sleep a challenge. Breakfast was outdoors, attracting swarms of wasps while guests tried to eat. The minibar options were limited to one sugary soda, and a lack of toilet paper in the bathroom added to the discomfort. Plus, carrying luggage from the car through a security machine felt excessive compared to the experience.

Oh, where do I start? The noise from the two weddings was like a rock concert, despite being assured of a quiet stay. And don’t even get me started on the lackadaisical service at the café. Ice request? Ha! I expected a courtesy, but instead, I was just another nobody. Truly disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The transportation service was prompt, and the driver offered engaging local insights, which made my travels seamless. Additionally, the restaurant staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed during my meal.
The spa menu in the room was not available in English, which was a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the delicious dinner at the on-site Lebanese restaurant. The hotel offers a spa with great massage options if you want to unwind after exploring. One downside was the slight noise during breakfast service, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 🛌

great service but minor room issues
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and assisted us promptly with our luggage. Our Standard Double Room had a luxurious feel with a very comfortable bed, making for a restful night. Breakfast was a delightful experience with numerous tasty options. From our room, we enjoyed a stunning mountain view that added to our stay's charm.
The bathroom could use some attention in parts, particularly around the fixtures.
